Taiwan Hu Qiang entered mainland China in 1991, established four co***nies: Shanghai Baiqiang ***reparts of Automobile and Motorcycle Co., Ltd, specializing in all kinds of cables for automobile、motorcycle、agricultural equipment、train、yacht、industry and sport equipment; Shanghai Dahfa Metal Productions Co., Ltd, specializing in die-casting and forging products; Hu Qiang Enterprise(Yan Cheng) Co., Ltd in Jiang Su province, producing all kinds of Aviation steel wire ropes; and Chongqing Hu Qiang Enterprise Co.,Ltd in Chongqing, producing all kinds of outer tubes for cables and motorcycle ***re parts.
Through 21 years of sustainable development, our co***ny sizes and product lines have gained considerable progress. We have expended production from the early single motorcycle accessory products to automobile, marine, agricultural machinery, medical, high-speed train and other field. With continuously improving production processes, updating advanced high efficiency energy-saving equipments, strengthening manpower resources and focusing on development of new products and optimizing existing products structures. Now our product lines have extended to: motorcycle ***re parts, automobile cables, motorcycle cables, marine steering wires, agricultural machinery cables, medical and sports equipment cables, pet ropes, seat series cables, seat assemblies for yachts and high-speed trains, aluminum and zinc alloy products, stainless steel wire ropes, PVC coating steel wire ropes, galvanizes steel wire ropes, laser paper steel wire ropes, etc.
Quality is always the first production policy of our co***ny. From raw material inputting to products outputting, we have implemented rigorous process control to keep each process up to par. We adopted internal industry standard higher than the national standard and have passed ISO 9001:2008 international quality management system authentication. We also got ISO/TS 16949:2009 international quality management system certificate in 2011.
